LA GIRALDA

La Giralda Orange Blossom Water is a product traditionally used for different purposes.

At present, it is mainly employed as a natural flavouring (no artificial colours or preservatives) in the food sector. The finest confectioners include it in their delicious local recipes, such as the traditional “Roscón de Reyes”, a ring-shaped cake eaten at Christmas.

Given its intense, unmistakable aroma, reminiscent of Seville’s tree-lined streets in spring, it is also popular for cosmetics and cocktail making, among other sectors. In years gone by it was also believed to be a great relaxant or “a sedative to help calm nerves”.
